So -- since the utilities are going to go up anywhere from 15 to 40%..., where is my pay rate increase? How are they justifying making this kind of increase in a time when the government is trying to stimulate the economy because we, the average consumer, can't afford anything??? I certainly don't believe they should get this increase without some sort of idea of how the general public is going to be able to afford there greed!!!
